With more than ten years experience in finance management and investor relations prior to practicing real estate, Tracy understands the importance of clear communication and expert negotiation.

In addition to providing real estate services, Tracy consults with local builders on floor plans and home designs.

Background.  As a lifelong resident of the Bay area, Tracy brings her clients an extensive knowledge of its communities, neighborhoods, and schools.  Born and raised in Los Altos, Tracy has also lived in Menlo Park, San Mateo and San Francisco.  In 2000, she moved to the La Rinconada neighborhood of Los Gatos to be with her husband, then fiancé, who is the Golf Course Superintendent at La Rinconada Country Club.

The Pina name is more intimately known in the Napa Valley for its vineyard management business.  In 2000, the Pina family also began producing a Cabernet Sauvignon.  Pina Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain is a small production Cabernet available for tasting on the Silverado Trail.

Education.  Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University. Tracy is active in her community and supports Social Advocates for Youth and the Intero Foundation. The Intero Foundation was formed to support children in need within the communities Intero serves.
